The au pair experience in family is great and we are naturally open indeed with knowledge of different laguages spoken in the family.
We understand that persons they have frequented our house have especially requested an au-pair job, especially to go out from their countries or areas, to improuve languages knowledge and or be also out from their family for a while.
Naturally most of them are very polite and they care about the house and respect the ''rules''. Every one has a different little personal history and we love conversating with them, giving some small adivices. Only some care to frequent language school.
Naturally the time they want to spend in family mostly is short, from 1 till 6 months this doesnt allow really them to get into the language but naturally they get the good bases for dayly conversation.
We generally evoid to have problems with Visa,(we do not have time to follow all the requests for them to obtain Visa) so we are limitated in those persons who can come in Italy with already Visa organised.
We are pleased also to receive young people from different part of the world and because of the short time they remain we are pleased also to keep the ''au pair'' registartion ''open'', so to organise future persons to replace the one leaving. Sometime we also had 2 persons in the same time for short while. The house having more then one gest room.
They all go regretting to have to leave as the area of the Veneto Region in Italy is really adorable and mild and in the family they have a very warm friendly experience.
In the previous exchanging mail of knowledge and information's only very few girls are more pretending and sometime arrogant, but this is specific for the very english speeking people, the less they know about the job, the more they pretend, but again only very very few...
Not only some of them still remember us with some messages.
